We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products! If a repair is required, just email us, and Ryan will discuss the repair or replacement of your item. This does not cover any abnormal abuse or rust that may occur without proper maintenance. We want you to be 100% satisfied, so please send us an email if you have any questions regarding care and maintenance of your cookware.
Pre-Orders: Refunds shall not be issued on pre-orders that have not shipped yet. We make it as clear as possible about the estimated wait times on your pre-ordered cookware. Each item is hand made by Ryan and takes time.
Returns: We accept returns on a case-by-case basis one week after your item was delivered or less in unused condition and original packaging for a full refund, minus 10% for transaction fees and processing. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Email us if you have any issues that would require a return.
Refunds: Not available on knives or axes. Our lifetime guarantee on them assures you that Ryan will fix or replace any knife or axehead that breaks, chips, or has any failure not caused by mistreating them.
Free Sharpening: on all Stage Coach Forge knifes and axes if you cover shipping cost. Just email us a request.
